How do i unblock a video in flash player?

I was watching a show on cbs.com and i got annoyed by the ads so in the corner it said block so i clicked it and now everytime i watch a show on there some ads show and other times it says "this video has been blocked by user" and then wont play the show anymore.. can someone pls help?? btw my browser is firefox
