How do I turn up the idle on a 02 Chevy cavalier?

Its a 2.2L Duel overhead cam. And the idle is low,(500RPM), while in park it vibrates the dash, and while in Drive it will vibrate while at a stop. If I step down on the gas a little, It will completly get rid of the vibration. Is there a kit I can get which will adjust the idle? It has an internal distribution system. Idle should be at 600RPM And the car is completely tuned up. Oil change, air filter(cool air intake) fuel filter etc. Any answers?
 
the idle is computer controled, check if engine light is on and have the codes read, then possible replacement of the idle air control, but check all vaccumm lines, makje sure the pcv valve is workig by removing it and listening to see if theres a rattle when you shake it then check to see if it has a mass air flow sensor and clean it with throttle body cleaner making sure you do not damage the filiment, it is very sensible and can be damaged easily
