How do I turn the flash on for my Kodak EasyShare C875?

My sister borrowed my camera for a couple months and when I finally got it back the flash wasn't working. It was working fine before I lent it to her.

I skimmed through the menus but couldn't come across anything for turning the flash on. Help please!!
