how do i turn the bluetooth on my computerr on?

i want to send the pictures from my phone to my computer.. i know how to turn the bluetooth on, on my phone but can someone please tell me how to turn it on, on my computer!!???
pleaseeee helppp! :) ohhh and i have A COMPAQ computer? im pretty sure thats what its called.
 
try typing in bluetooth in your search bar some sofware should come up that will enable you to do so.. generally you just run he sofware , it askes you which device you want to connect and lets u start tranferring.. also its possible that you may not have the bluetooth drivers installed , in that case go to the compaq website and dowload bluetooth drivers for your computer
 
go to start-->programs and look for something named blue tooth...it could also be in your control panel.
