How do I turn on Rogers AntiVirus and AntiSpyware?

I have Rogers Online Protection that's protecting my computer. I had it since last June and it always works. However, there seems to be a problem. Right now, AntiVirus and AntiSpyware are currently turned off. I don't know how that happened and I need to turn them back on. But the problem is, they won't. The one way I found out was to make the online protection factory default, but I don't know if I should do it. Is there any other way to turn them back on? I'm screwed if there's viruses and spyware.
 
Reboot the computer and see if the program is still turned off.

If it is, please do a online scan ( No download needed, http://www.eset.com/online-scanner )


And it should remove any spyware/virus , if any.
