how do i turn off my abs on a 1997 pontiac grand prix gtp?

i cant find the fuse to disengage my abs, its constantly on. once i put it in drive and try to drive away it basically makes me stop, its also robbing me of a TON of gasoline. i need help. suggestions would be very helpful
