How do I turn my Palm Treo with Windows mobile into a Universal remote control?

I want an App, Program, or Emulator or whatever you want to call it to use my phone as a Remote control. Also if it is FREE that would be nice. I need it for Windows Mobile 6 Professional. It is a Palm Treo 750 with bluetooth and Infrared. Needing the program that works with Infrared.
