How do i turn an image i uploaded into an HTML code?

is there any website that i can simply upload the picture and then they will give me an HTML code for it? Thank you!!! all help is appreciated.
 
all pages have an HTML code.Left click on the URL to highlight it then right click and from the drop down menu left click on copy then go to where you want to put the URL, right click and from the drop down menu left click paste then double space.
