How do I turn a jpg photo into a poster WITH my business name and phone number?

I have a jpg photo that I like to use for promoting my business. I need to make a poster from the jpg and print my business name and number?
Do you know where can I get this done? (inexpensively)
 
It takes special software to blow up a digital photo to poster dimensions. Most digital photo-print services have poster service that can order for you. The results is pretty good and affordable.

Start out by going to a copy serivce store that is open 24 hours and offers package delivery along with all kinds of printing. (don't wanna mention brand names here).
 
Well first of all do you have the right to use the picture? Did you take the photo yourself, pay for it, or get it from a free stock website? If not, find a new picture that follows the above rules otherwise you can be sued.

If you do have the right to the picture, is it big enough to print? If no, find a picture that is big enough and follows the above rules. If yes, go to kinkos.
