How do I tune my Rockford fosgate 700 watt amp?

I just got new jl audio 13w3 sub woofers and I'm running them on a 700 watt fosgate amp. I think i need to tune my amp but I don't have a bloody clue what i'm doing. what should the crossover be set on LP AP or HP what should the frequency nob be set on and what should the gain be set on. I want good sound quality and I want it fairly loud...
