How do i troubleshoot a 97 honda civic not starting?

When I attempt to start a 97 honda civic after performing a tune up and charging the battery, the engine does not turn over. I had the battery checked at autozone and it tested good. I have checked all the fuses for fuel pump and ignition and all are good. What do i do next to narrow down the starting problem?
 
Did you check your fuel pump itself if its working fine. It might be malfunctioning already. How about your fuel pump relay. do you check it? have it check again by a good Honda mechanic. For electrical part, check your sparkplugs, ignition coil and rotor. Hope this helps!
