Ok, I have been great at sex and 95% of the time I always kept my gf happy the last 2 years. We had have some problem and broke up 3 times and now we are back and engaged, however we quickly rushed into sex and the second time i felt impotent, i know it was psycholical, and that made it even worst. I can I treat this problem?? I exercise, i'm healthy, (because of this i'm taking vitamin supplemets), i go jogging everyday, but that day caused me a sexual trauma because it was so severe. I have fears of loossing mu future wife. I'm healthy, do not take medications, and i'm 22 years old. I'm loosing sleep over this it has been about 2 weeks, and I need help, I have to get right in making love to my future wife.

okay I can see some of the reason for that is because of the breaking up.

** What were the reasons for the previous break-ups? Were they resolved in a win-win manner?

I'm sure there are other questions we could ask to get to the root of the problem, but this is as far as I can go.

Anxiety can cause impotence. Until you get this nonsense passed you and to help you get passed it, I suggest you find a chemical supplement that will ensure your erections are firm... viagra. To get viagra, see your doctor.
