Ok I got a USB & wall charging system can I use that like I would use a usb transfer kit to transfer music to cell phone using that. Also sometimes when I use it I can sometimes transfer music but it doesn't always wanna work it says device is either disconnected or has stopped working. I was wondering if I'm using the wrong product.
