how do i transfer songs from my ipod touch to a cellphone ?

i got an ipod touch with bluetooth and it is on.
i got some songs on my ipod i want to transfer to my cellphone .
the cellphone is a nokia eseries phone.
first is it possible ?
second if yes then how step by step please

my ipod and my cellphone is both connected together using bluetooth now what ?
 
actually its not possible to take out music from your ipod and put it on watever mobile stuff u have
unless, your ipod sync's the music to your itunes which from your itunes u can plug your memory stick and transfer the song's in your phone.
