How do i transfer saved android games (all my angry birds stars) to my new android

phone? I received a new phone from Verizon and I almost have all the stars on angry birds. This is a big deal to me. It took me a while. How do I get it onto my new phone? I installed the app but i don't have my stars. Thank u everyone!
