Just plug your iPhone into your Mac via the USB cord. The Mac will automatically recognize the iPhone open iTunes. WARNING: If you have never synced your iPhone to your Mac you could potentially loose all you photos.
With iTunes open you will find a "Photos" tab across the top of the iTune dialog box. Select it. Now drag you photos from your phone to that folder.
