GAAAH! Okay, my old phone is a Blitz and it apparently CAN'T transfer via bluetooth and I CAN'T use e-mail and costumer support is no help!!!!!! XO
My new phone is an enV Touch
I Got these ringtones from friends, they sent me a bunch of rings with sound mp3's in them, i saved it to my phone and APPARENTLY these IDIOTS think that NO ONE wants to transfer ringtones from an old phone to a new one. PLEASE HELP my old old phone had tons of rings that i LOVED and i can never get those back because i had the same problem!
