How do I transfer data (tv shows and movies) from one Rogers HD PVR to another?

I recently bought a new Rogers HD PVR so that I do not have to pay to rent it. Are there any ways that I can take the recorded data from the existing system and put it on the new one?
 
No. You just have to watch from your old one for a while, or the next couple days.
