I'm doing lino in art class at the moment, and the image I'm working from is pretty detailed. I know I could either project the image onto the lino using a projector and transparencies, but it will take hours to draw in all the detail. The same goes for carbon paper. Is there any way to transfer an image printed from a regular printer, on a regular piece of paper, onto another surface (linoleum in my case)? I've tried placing the paper face down on the surface and rubbing with acetone + alcohol, but it's not transferring. Please help!!
