How do I tighten the serpentine belt on my 2004 Honda Accord 4 Cyl. coupe?

I'm losing power steering when I drive through puddles and the belt squeals. Can anyone explain how to tighten the belt or provide a link to a diagram or directions of some sort?
 
First of get yourself a monkey wrench, screw driver and some plyers and pair of gloves.

Now open the main Head of the engine with the screw driver very carefully and save the bolts.

Now after the engine compartment head is open put to the side and look for a black screw with a yellow mark on top of it, get a duck but for the purpose of this tutorial I will call ducky, now rub that ducky on the windshield until it craps all over.
