How do I tell my mom my friend smokes so I don't want to go to camp with her?

My friend always does stuff with guys, and she smoked yesterday. We're only 13 and she wants to go to camp with me, and my mom thinks were going together. How do I tell my mom why I don't want to go with her or be her friend anymore?
