How do i tell him i like him without being weird?

So theres this guy i have known for about 4 years now. I REALLY like this guy! Like id say it was love but im not sure. Im pretty sure he has feelings for me to but i dont know if theyre as strong as mine. Anyways! I really am just dying to tell how i really feel but i dont want him to think im like weird or anything if you get what im saying.

its not wierd at all telling him your feelings... do it before he gets a girl!
