how do i teach my girlfriend all about sex and foreplay from the start?

so im in a rut she knows nothing at all and i mean at all she hardly even knows what her own parts are called and yet i love her so much now the time has come and i find out she doesn't even know about my parts or her own shes even older then me i should have seen this coming when she didn't know hafe the time what i was talking about. now i need t know how to teach her not Only how to pleasure me but will every thing else i blame the schools around here never understood thes stupid schools where i live no sex ed. no clubs or sports in the entire area. the second thing is they Only thing she knows is she doesn't want to get pregnant however she doesn't even know how to i need help my friends well uh lets not go there so how do i teach her and let me make this clear dumping her is not an option
