How do I talk to the guy I don't know?

ok I met this guy at this barber shop. He works there and I've asked him something related to the hair color but I didnt do anything at his shop and was a very very short conversation.

I dont wanna do anything at their shop but I still want to approach him. PLEASE help, I really really like him !!!!!!

How do I go in and do what?
