How do I talk to him? I think I am so ugly he will just laugh at me and walk away.?

There is a guy I REALLY like at school, I find myself staring at him and when I just simply walk past him I have to look away cause I start to blush really bad and my tummy goes WHOOSH. I think I am really ugly and I have a feeling he will just laugh at me and walk away or something- how do I approach him and tell him that I like him? I really want to start talking to him and get to know him but I get scared and have no idea what to say.
Can someone help me?
