how do i take songs from limewire and get them to windows media player?

i have the newer limewire and i cant figure out how to move the songs to windows media player? im trying to sync them onto my palm centro
i have the new limewire for windows vista! it doesnt let me save them into files i need to know how to get the music from limewire onto windows media player
 
just go to the file in which u saved your songs in and drag them into windows media player
