How do I take off the headlight covers on a year model 2002 PT Cruiser (Chrysler)?

My headlight covers are extremely foggy/cloudy looking. It looks like someone may have taken sandpaper and scrubbed them to death. Anyway, they're practically ruined and I need to replace them but I don't know how to get the headlight covers off. Could anyone help me out here?
