How do i Take of the sensor in my pontiac sunfire 2002 that wouldnt allow me to rev my

engine? okay, i have a pontiac Sunfire 2002 4 door and the way this car is made, it has sensors to control over rev'ing ur engine. when i have it on park and i hold the gass it doesnt stay reved it goes back to low RPMs when it gets to the redline. And also, when a light turns green and i try to take off, it starts stalling and almost not wana move untill i let go of the gas and push it slow.....there must be a sensor(s) in this car that are made for safety reasons but it really bugs tho. Is there a way i can unplug that sensor or do something for it to stop that sensor ??? thank you
