How do I take an ignition module off of a 1986 mercury sable?

I have been trying to figure out how to remove my ignition module and the farthest I have been able to get is taking the distributor cap off of the car. The rest is just not happening I can't figure out the next steps. The two bolts that are attaching the module to the distributor don't match up to anything that I have in my tool box. Any help is appreciated.
