How do I sync existing music to my verizon wireless phone?

I just got the enV touch and id like to sync existing music from my pc to phone (if possible). i have the mp3s from itunes, limewire ect. the handbook that came with the phone says to download VCAST Music with Rhapsody to download music. but it dosent indicate weather or not i HAVE to use that program to obtain music.

SO basically the question is:
Is the itunes/limewire mp3s compatible with the VCAST music program to sync to the phone? (a click-and-drag operation?
