Okay, so i have the Samsung Sway, well had the Samsung Sway, because it broke today. Just my luck. But thankfully i have another phone i can use, this little blue Samsung flip phone. I'm trying to switch the Sway to the blue phone online and i need a little help.
I think after i sign in on the Verizon website I'm supposed to go to Support --> Phones & Devices --> Activate a Phone--> Enter the ESN/MEID Number... and then from there I'm lost, if that's even correct to begin with.
I need detailed help, please!! AND FAST!
Oh, and I'm not trying to switch plans or pay more for anything, I don't deal that part of it, I simply just want to switch phones with a phone I already own.
