How do I subscribe to Indian TV Channels in Jersey City?

I have subscribled to COMCAST's PREMIUM plan + Internet via which I get ALL the channels (showtime, max, hbo etc) . This is turning out a bit of a drain (no guessing why) - I'd like to move to a cheaper alternative for cable + internet which gives Indian Television channels as well, in addition to the premium channels above..any suggestions?
