How do i study business abroad for college?

I REALLY want to study business OR law enforcement in Japan. It's my dream place. I always wanted to go there. I am going into 11th grade next year so its perfect time to start applying for college. Help please?
 
I would suggest attending an American university (assuming you are from the States) and spending a year abroad in Japan. Make sure you select a college that encourages study abroad experiences. Good luck!
