I Put Inside? What materials do I put in my teaching portfolio?
I know that I need to include evaluations from Student Teaching. What types of evaluations do I include? Some are good; some are not so good.
Some say that I am "exceptional"; others say that I am "average." Some say that I need to improve on classroom management. (Which is HUGE when hiring teachers). Others say that I just need to improve on my questioning techniques when leading classroom discussions. I don't want to include evaluations that will not lead to a teaching job.
Please advise.
