i have 2 12" mtx subs and a kicker amp, my subs hit so hard that my trunk rattles more than ive ever even seen or heard before.. sometimes you can hear the rattle over the bass its so bad.. how do i put an end to this? my car is a 2002 pontiac grand am 4 door se(if that helps)
why would i turn down the bass if i want people to hear it? retard....
the top of the trunk itself is what is rattling, nothing on the inside just the part that opens and closes

Dynamat. Line ur trunk up with sum dynamat and the rattling should be at a minimum.

Go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get some house insulation and line it in your trunk. It is the same a dynamat but cheaper and you get more.

my subs break the rubber seals on my trunk. Don't try to build a system into 2006 Kia, I have been endlessly chasing rattles.

Cover the roof of your trunk with Dyna mat. Make sure that all the bolts and screws are tight. use silicone on screws if they come loose.

this will be a good start, When you fix one bad vibration anther one will pop up. you will be able to fix this just takes a little patience.

the other guys retardd dont listen. crank that shit up. put a pice of stireofoam behind your license plate, insulate your trunk top if if its not covered already, also turn your subs facing the back seat. and put your subs farther forward so its more under your back window than the trunk

Dynamat? Tighten and silicone loose screws/bolts? find out what exactly is causing the rattling and fix it.
