How do I stop a online order?

I ordered a product online and found out they are scammers and now I just want my money and I can't figure out how.... I just want to stop the order and get my money back BUT I CANT GET ANY FEED BACK FROM THE SUPPLIER..... Please anything helpful would be nice... I'm new to online ordering..
