Present yourself as a professional company- a real business: Get a drivers license number, address, phone number and credit card info.
People expect it to be asked for. If they give you a hard time, they aren't serious and you don't want to deal with them. If they don't put up the info you ask for- stay away from them-they are the ones who won't bring your stuff back!
