Its not my boundary as it says in my deeds. The next door have a pet dog that is now walking around my garden. Should they put a new fence up cause of this. The fence is unsafe and unstable and there ar
its been like it for two days now and they havent said a thing. cant believe they have not even done anything. legally they have to provide a safe fence that stops there dog from coming into our garden
yes as looking out the back door it is the left hand side

Call the humane society and have them remove the dog from your yard) for starters. That might motivate them to fix it. When trying to persuade someone to do something they aren't enthusiastic about, it helps to show them what's in it for them. On the other hand, you might just want to erect a fence on your side of the boundary.

As I understand it, when looking out to the garden from the back of your house, the fence on the left side is your neighbours responsibility.

yes they have to get it sorted, i would do as the other person said and get the dog removed.

Have you had a word with them. Are they approachable. I would think they are obligated to erect a fence of some sort, if only to stop their dog having access to your garden. Must admit these things can be a little tricky sometimes. You would think they would be more considerate. How long has it been down. They will probably say they are waiting for better weather. Good Luck.
