How do I sprint faster in Track and Field?

In my sophomore year of highschool I decided to run track. My best times were 100m-11.9 and 200m-24.6 and they didnt improve all year. Now Im a junior and I want to take track seriously now. I also plan to try the 400m, my best time is between 55 and 60seconds :(. This is my practice plan for this season. Monday 60m sprints, Tuesday 100m sprints, Wed 200m, Thurs 2x(500, 400, 300, 200, 100). My team practices 4, sometimes 5, days a week for 1.5 hours. What should I do?

I am a 16 year old guy, 5' 10", 160lbs. Squat max 350lbs, bench max 190lbs, vertical jump 33". I hope thats enough info.
