how do i setup my vcr to digi tv?

how do i connect my vcr to digi box then to tv, both units have two scarts,
the one scart on digi goes to tv, the other one goes to 'out' to vcr, then where does the 'out' on the vcr go to? the tv has two scarts one for the digi, and the other one for my dvd player, do i need to use a double connector, that auto switches between units, (little old pensioner lost)

omg you still have a vcr lol cool.
think you would do it like I have my xbox, the xbox/vcr plugs in to the digi box the digi in to tv, then when you switch your digi box off the vcr sould come on.
