how do i setup an email account on a CRICKET blackberry phone?

i have a fully flashed cricket blackberry 8330 and to get the facebook and myspace ect.. application i have to have my email account setup with the phone.. it says my service administrator has to give me a password... does anyone know how to setup an email account on your CRICKET blackberry
