I just got an Iphone after using Blackberry for years. To set up my work email on my blackberry I just had to type in the email address, username and password and it worked. The iphone is asking for server names and domains. I look at the account settings in outlook and it tells me the server name and I put it in but it still doesnt work. Can anyone help me with this? We're a small company so we dont really have an IT guy I can ask.
Does this sound like the right thing to enter for the server - SRV-1.xxxxxxxxxx.net
or would it maybe be mail.xxxxxxx.net/exchange. Either way I have tried both and neither seem to work. I also tried both along with turning off SSL.
