how do i set up my new sprint cell phone without going to a store to do it ?

i cannot figure this out . my current phone was only temporary . my new phone is the sanyo incognito

You call Sprint Customer Service. They will need the ESN for your phone and that is generally found in the battery compartment, frequently under where the battery goes. It's also printed on the side of the box that the phone came in.
