GENERAL ISSUE-
I recently bought a Roland PC-200 [MK ii] MIDI Keyboard Controller and after managing to set up the keyboard to its factory settings, plugging it in and turning it on i have come across a problem where firstly i have a huge problem regarding latency (i'm talking about 3 seconds here) and another problem where i can play single notes with it working perfectly but i play multiple notes in quick succession or play a chord the notes just don't come out or even get picked up by my software.
This happens while using CubaseLE4, Reason5 and even Sibelius7 so i must be a hardware error i think.
DETAILS-
I'm using a Roland PC-200 MKii MIDI Controller Keyboard which has been set to its factory settings.
The midi information is being sent out via the only midi output port on the controller into a USB Interface which then sends the signal into my software where it is recognised, recorded and played back to me.
The programs are the most up to date pieces of kit out on the market so i don't think it'd have anything to do with the software i'm using.
The USB Interface was bought from ebay :

Please feel free to ask any questions! I'm sure i could find a way to fix the latency issues but i reall do need a way around this chord problem!
