How do I set up bleed and crop marks in illustrator CS2 to produce print ready artwork?

I've created a business card design in Illustrator Cs2 and would now like to supply the printers with the correct document. I need to create a PDF of the design with a 3mm bleed around the edge of the artwork with crop marks. Can anyone provide steps on how I can do this? Many thanks.
