I change the water pump on my honda civic and I ended up moving the top pully a hair ... now i am worried about the timing be off and do not want to try to turn it over ... so is there anybody that can help me with setting the time so i dont mess up my motor?

just turn your top pulley too where it was originally, then turn engine over by hand with spanner 2 complete revolutions if the engine locks up when turning then you are way out with your timing if it turns over by hand then it is safe too start with the key and no damage will occur
