How do I set the time and date om 808 micro car keys?

I have purchased a 808 car keys micro camera and all works well apart from I do not understand the instructions to change time and date.
It says to create a txt file from root of the tf storage??? I do not know what this is or how to create a txt file. If any one has answers to this in extremely simple steps then would love to know.
