It looks like Yahoo stock watch alerts can be sent to only a few cell phone service providers: AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and a couple of others. But not to Cincinnati Bell cell phones. What gives?
We should be able to send alerts / text messages to any cell phone if we know the phone number and internet address of the service provider. For example: 10-digit phone number @ gocbw.com
