Solution:
I was searching online to figure this out, & found nothing on it. I was frustrated & so I looked in the manual & it says "Note: Files under 300kb are stored as ringtone files." So that's why people are having problems. Just trim a 30 sec clip, and encode at 64kbps & it should be under 300kb.
