I just downloaded Cubase AI5 (I didn't buy it, it came with my Yamaha CP50 stage piano) and I can't make head or tail of it. When I try to play a different MIDI instrument on the keyboard, such as "Legato Strings", it records it just fine, but when I add another MIDI track and change the instrument setting on the keyboard, it changes the setting of all the tracks. How do I separate the MIDI instruments? I can't understand a word of the manual.
